This time, it&#8217;s the latest from J.J. Abrams and Glen Powell Spotted in RI<\/h3>\n<p>While the film has many famous faces tied to it, only Powell has been spotted in the area so far \u2013in East Providence, to be exact.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>READ MORE<\/strong>: <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/fun107.com\/pawtucket-mccoy-stadium-seats\/\">McCoy Stadium Seats Find New Home in East Providence<\/a><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>East Providence Mayor Bob DaSilva shared a run-in with Abrams and Powell on his Facebook page.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThrough my brief conversation with him (Glen), he was incredibly friendly and very approachable and just a genuine down-to-earth dude,&#8221; DaSilva posted.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I also learned that besides acting, he\u2019s got his hands in several other businesses which, according to his mom and dad, keeps him working 20 hours a day, he\u2019s a workaholic,&#8221; he wrote.<br \/><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/plugins\/post.php?href=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2Fphoto.php%3Ffbid%3D1168973098386325%26set%3Da.321856863097957%26type%3D3&amp;show_text=true&amp;width=500\" width=\"500\" height=\"734\" frameborder=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\" style=\"border: none; overflow: hidden;\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>He met the actor and the A-list filmmaker along Narragansett Bay on the East Bay Bike Path.<\/p>\n<h3>Mayor DaSilva\u2019s Take on Hollywood\u00a0Hotshots<\/h3>\n<p>We spoke with Mayor DaSilva about the interaction including meeting Powell&#8217;s parents.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThey were the most humble and friendly people that I have ever met. They were just the type of people who are genuine and kind,&#8221; DaSilva said.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I learned through conversation that they follow Glen to all of his productions and Glen incorporates his parents in some form or another into cameo appearances throughout all of his movies,&#8221; he said. &#8220;You could tell just by listening to his mother and father, the kind of good people they are and that their guidance is what makes Glen Powell an authentically good person both on the big screen and in person.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Ghostwriter director J.J.
