Universal CityWalk Hollywood is inviting moviegoers to celebrate the 50th<\/sup> anniversary of \u201cJaws\u201d with a limited-time screening at Universal Cinema, an AMC Theatre.<\/p>\n Fans can catch the blockbuster thriller on the big screen from Aug. 28 through Sept. 4. Guests can also enjoy a $5 movie parking with a Universal Cinema rebate.<\/p>\n Specific screening times and dates can be found here.<\/a><\/p>\n \u201cJaws,\u201d based on the novel by Peter Benchley, centers on a New England seaside town, Amity Island, that is terrorized by a great white shark.<\/p>\n Universal Studios Hollywood celebrated \u201cJaws\u201d along with other movies during its Mega Movie Summer event,<\/a> which ran from June 13 through Aug. 10.<\/p>\n During the event, the park reinstated its iconic hanging shark photo op and introduced themed meet-and-greet characters, Capt. Quint and Chief Brody.<\/p>\n The Studio Tour also spotlighted the movie with a \u201cJaws\u201d-themed Hollywood Sign, in addition to a section of the Studio Tour dedicated to the film.<\/p>\n Hollywood & Dine, located just inside the theme park\u2019s main entry, also transformed into Amity Island Caf\u00e9, complete with Jaws-themed menu items.<\/p>\n Copyright 2025 Nexstar Media, Inc.
