It may be a while before we get a taste of Taylor Swift<\/a>\u2019s upcoming album The Life of a Showgirl<\/a>. But those who have gotten to hear it already have promised that it\u2019s worth the wait.<\/p>\n In an interview with Extra<\/a> shared on Sunday, August 17, Zo\u00eb Kravitz<\/a> \u2014 who was promoting the upcoming Darren Arnofsky thriller Caught Stealing \u2014 revealed that she had \u201cheard bits\u201d of The Life of a Showgirl. \u201cIt\u2019s fantastic,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n She continued, offering two more words about the album. Collect. Obsess.<\/a><\/p>\n This appeared to take the interviewer by surprise, as he responded, \u201cNo skips? That\u2019s rare.\u201d Zo\u00eb \u2014 who is the daughter of guitarist and instrumentalist Lenny Kravitz and actress Lisa Bonet \u2014 maintained her stance, saying \u201cFor her, it\u2019s not.\u201d<\/p>\n Zo\u00eb and Swift have a long-standing friendship. In fact, Zo\u00eb is credited as a co-producer on Swift\u2019s \u201cLavender Haze\u201d from her 2022 album Midnights.<\/p>\n Back in January, Zo\u00eb stayed in Swift\u2019s home during the fires that devastated Los Angeles earlier this year. In her August 12 appearance on Late Night with Seth Meyers<\/a>, Zo\u00eb shared a story about losing her and Bonet\u2019s pet snake at Swift\u2019s home.<\/p>\n According to Zo\u00eb, Bonet had found the snake hiding in a hole in the wall next to a banquette in one of Swift\u2019s bathrooms. \u201cI was like, ‘Either we destroy her bathroom or I have to tell her that there’s a snake somewhere in her house.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n Unfortunately, Zo\u00eb and Bonet opted to do the former. Zo\u00eb had wanted to keep this a secret and was even willing to pay for the damages, but evidently, Swift\u2019s house manager told her before Zo\u00eb had the chance.<\/p>\n \u201cI remember calling her saying, ‘Hey, I wanted to talk to you about something,'” she recalled. “And she was like, ‘Is it the fact that you almost lost a snake in my house and destroyed my bathroom?'”<\/p>\n Thankfully, it seems that everyone was able to have a good laugh over the situation.
