Bigg Boss 19<\/span> will have Salman Khan returning as its host. The highly awaited reality show will release on August 24, 2025. Salman has over the years become the face of Bigg Boss. Infact, 19 season down and his name has become synonymous with the fan-favourite show. While specualtion always renain rife around the pay cheque the Bhaijaan of Bollywood withdraws for hosting it, it might be a tad difficult to imagine it without his presence. Because whenever he tried to step away, we’ve seen how the show’s ratings fell like a deck of cards, forcing the makers to bring him back and save it from drowning.<\/p>\n

Salman Khan joined the show in its season 4 (2010). After this we had the actor taking a few breaks here and there depending on his film shooting schedules and reports of remuneration.<\/p>\n

Farah hosted Bigg Boss Halla Bol, the spin-off of Bigg Boss season 8. She replaced Salman when he had to step away due to the filming schedule of Bajrangi Bhaijaan. Bigg Boss Halla Bol had five contestants from previous seasons entering the house to compete with five regular entrants of the season 8 finale. Gautam Gulati was winner and Karishma Tanna was first runner-up.<\/p>\n

Karan Johar<\/span> (Bigg Boss OTT Season 1) – 2021<\/strong><\/p>\n

Anil Kapoor (Bigg Boss OTT Season 3) – 2024<\/strong><\/p>\n

Kapoor replaced Salman as the host for Bigg Boss OTT 3 which premiered on June 21, 2024, on JioCinema Premium. It was won by Sana Makbul and had Naved Shaikh as first runner-up.<\/p>\n

Barring these instances, Salman Khan has remained its host for all the other seasons.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
