As such, artists are curating datasets for custom training to craft their unique sound, much like sound designers program synthesizers.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The researchers also focused on innovations made possible \u2013 or at least much easier \u2013 by AI, such as the creation of \u201cuncanny\u201d new sounds, or the ability of AI to translate lyrics into multiple languages.<\/p>\n<p>They noted K-pop group <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"link-internal\" href=\"https:\/\/www.musicbusinessworldwide.com\/hybe-just-released-a-k-pop-track-sung-in-six-different-languages-using-ai-voice-technology\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>MIDNATT<\/strong>\u2019s 2023 single <em>Masquerade<\/em><\/a>, which has versions in English, Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Spanish, and Vietnamese, and <strong>Lauv<\/strong>\u2019s <em>Love U Like That<\/em> in English and Korean.<\/p>\n<p>Another innovation is the ability of generative AI to transform a song from one genre to another.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBefore, musicians had to dedicate years to learn a specific genre.
