It marks her third music video to reach the milestone, following 2017\u2019s \u201cNew Rules\u201d and \u201cNo Lie.\u201d<\/p>\n Directed by Warren Fu and filmed in partnership with TikTok, the \u201cLevitating\u201d video finds the pop star stepping into a galactic portal that looks like a retro elevator inside.
