Aaron Phypers, from their Los Angeles rental home after learning the latter received an eviction notice for unpaid rent.<\/p>\n<p>According to court documents obtained by Page Six, the TV personality asked the court to require the businessman, his parents and brother to vacate the Calabasas property so she could collect her items, including her dogs, without <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2025\/07\/22\/celebrity-news\/denise-richards-lawyer-accuses-aaron-phypers-of-harassment-and-stealing-as-divorce-battle-heats-up\/\">breaking the set temporary restraining order.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>While she and Phypers, who <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2025\/08\/04\/celebrity-news\/cops-called-after-denise-richards-shows-up-at-ex-aaron-phypers-home\/\">called it quits<\/a> in July, are listed on the lease, Richards claimed she moved out two years ago under the impression her ex\u2019s family would live there temporarily.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter Six, the Bravo personality requested the businessman and his family vacate the Calabasas home so she could collect her items without violating their temporary restraining order. <span documents, the \u201cReal Housewives of Beverly Hills\u201d alum, 54, allegedly informed Phypers, 52, that he would be in charge of the rent starting in January while his family still lived in the home and refused to leave.<\/p>\n<p>She alleged that Phypers mentioned his family leaving the property \u201cseveral times\u201d and moving back to Canada.<\/p>\n<p>The filing states that the exes\u2019 landlord has allegedly been trying to contact Phypers about unpaid rent for the past six months but has been unable to get a hold of him.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>She claimed to have moved out of the property in July and stated that Phyper\u2019s family was supposed to move in temporarily.  <span evict Phypers from the property and demanded it be vacated by Aug. 23.<\/p>\n<p>Richards claimed in the filing that she \u201cleft many of [her] personal items and [her] late mother\u2019s items at the house,\u201d adding, \u201cIf I am not able to [retrieve] my dogs and belongings, I believe my dogs will be harmed and my property destroyed or discarded during the eviction process.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Richards alleged that Phypers and his family have \u201cseverely damaged\u201d the house, describing the condition of being \u201cin a state of disarray.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure papers tossed around the home, and the flooring removed.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI was shocked at the condition of the home, having not lived there for over two years,\u201d the \u201cDenise Richards &amp; Her Wild Things\u201d alum stated.<\/p>\n<p>Reps for Phypers weren\u2019t immediately available for comment.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier this month, the police were called to the rental home after Richards <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2025\/08\/04\/celebrity-news\/cops-called-after-denise-richards-shows-up-at-ex-aaron-phypers-home\/\">showed up to pick up her dogs.<\/a><\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>She also stated that her estranged husband\u2019s family destroyed the home. <span href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2025\/08\/05\/celebrity-news\/aaron-phypers-fears-for-his-parents-after-denise-richards-showed-up-at-home-audio\/\">alleged that he \u201cfear[ed] for his parents\u201d\u00a0<\/a>when the Bravo aggressively showed up.<\/p>\n<p>Last month, Richards was granted a temporary restraining order against Phypers after she alleged that he <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2025\/07\/17\/celebrity-news\/denise-richards-estranged-husband-aaron-phypers-denies-abuse-allegations\/\">abused her throughout their
