Wynonna Judd<\/strong><\/a>\u2019s daughter, Grace Kelley<\/strong><\/a>, is making some startling allegations regarding her childhood, claiming the singer knew her daughter was being abused by her ex-stepfather, D.R. Roach<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Kelley, 29, told The Daily Progress<\/em><\/a> last month that Roach, who was married to Judd, 61, from 2003 to 2007, molested her when she was 10 years old. She further claimed that the country singer<\/a> chose not to initially expose him.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen they found out in counseling what he had done to me, they\u2019re like, \u2018Wait a minute. We\u2019re going to report this to law enforcement,\u2019\u201d Kelley claimed of her alleged abuse at the hands of Roach, seemingly referring to the counselors who are in most circumstances bound by law to report a crime.<\/p>\n

Kelley continued,\u00a0\u201cWhen he was arrested and it came out in the news, that\u2019s when she divorced him.\u201d (Judd shares Grace and son Elijah Kelley<\/strong> with first husband Arch Kelley III<\/strong>.)<\/p>\n

The country singer revealed to the Tampa Bay Times in 1997 that she \u201calmost died\u201d while giving birth to Grace. As Judd recovered, she and Grace [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Grace claimed that once Roach was arrested and charged<\/a> in March 2007 with sexual battery against a minor, Judd tried to unite the family through counseling.<\/p>\n

When Judd filed for divorce from Roach, she noted that she was \u201cobviously devastated\u201d by what transpired.<\/p>\n

\u201cOur family will pull together, begin the healing process and hopefully \u2014 by the Grace of God \u2014 become stronger,\u201d she said in a statement in 2007, noting that Roach was seeking treatment for drug and alcohol addiction. \u201cWe will move forward with our faith, family and our friends to find resolution to this difficult situation.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tWynonna Judd\u2019s daughter Grace Pauline Kelly has been charged following her misdemeanor arrest earlier this month. According to the Elmore County Sheriff\u2019s Office website, the 27-year-old is being charged with soliciting prostitution, indecent exposure and obstructing governmental operations. Her bond is set at $2,000. Us Weekly confirmed on April 5 that Kelley was arrested in [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

While Roach\u2019s victim\u2019s identity was not publicly revealed back in 2007, Grace\u2019s life following the alleged abuse has been full of ups and downs<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Grace has faced several legal troubles, including three arrests in 2024, one of which was attempting to flee the police<\/a>. She most recently served six weeks in jail, per The Daily Progress<\/em>.<\/p>\n

According to the outlet, Grace, whose 3-year-old daughter<\/a>, Kaliyah, is being raised by Judd, is now living in Charlottesville, Virginia. She has found religion and is working on rebuilding her life.<\/p>\n

\u201cMy story is so messed up,\u201d Grace told the publication. \u201cBetween 12 and 17, I was in 14 different facilities.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kelley, 27, was taken into custody on Friday, April 5, at 5:05 p.m. local time by the Millbrook Police Department, according to her booking report obtained by Us Weekly. Kelley is being charged with two misdemeanors, including \u201cindecent [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

She revealed that \u201cnow\u2019s my time\u201d to tell her story to the masses, and is working on a memoir tentatively called Pronoia<\/em>.<\/p>\n

\u201cI never had a voice, and I was iffy about talking about all this stuff, but no matter what is said about me, the Bible says the truth will set you free,\u201d Grace said.<\/p>\n
