Rumors that Justin<\/strong><\/a> and Hailey Bieber<\/strong><\/a>\u2018s relationship was on the rocks ran rampant earlier this year while he was recording his new album, Swag<\/em><\/a>, but since its surprise July 11 release<\/a>, the \u201ctension has settled,\u201d a source close to the couple exclusively tells Us Weekly<\/em>.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe intense focus and emotional toll of creating new music had put a strain on their marriage,\u201d the source says. \u201cWhen Justin is in the studio making new music, he gets completely consumed and shuts everything else out.\u201d<\/p>\n

Now that the project has dropped \u2014 and achieved critical and commercial success, with 16 of its 21 tracks debuting on the Billboard<\/em> Hot 100 chart \u2014 the source shares that Justin, 31, and Hailey, 28, \u201chave been able to finally reconnect more\u201d on a summer vacation to \u201ctheir favorite place in Idaho\u201d with their son, Jack Blues, who will celebrate his 1st birthday on Friday, August 22.<\/p>\n
