The lawsuit was\u00a0<a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"link-internal\" href=\"https:\/\/www.musicbusinessworldwide.com\/spotify-wins-audiobook-bundling-lawsuit-as-court-dismisses-legal-action-brought-by-the-mlc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">dismissed<\/a>\u00a0in January, and the MLC\u00a0<a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"link-internal\" href=\"https:\/\/www.musicbusinessworldwide.com\/the-mlc-asks-court-to-reconsider-dismissal-of-spotify-bundling-lawsuit\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">asked<\/a>\u00a0the court in February to reconsider the dismissal.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">In June of this year, two US senators <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"link-internal\" href=\"https:\/\/www.musicbusinessworldwide.com\/us-senators-call-for-ftc-probe-into-spotifys-bundling-practices\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">called on<\/a> the US Federal Trade Commission to investigate Spotify.
