Influencer Emilie Kiser<\/strong> reflected on the death of her and husband Brady Kiser<\/strong>\u2019s 3-year-old son, Trigg, in a now-public declaration from May.<\/p>\n

Emilie called the drowning incident \u201cthe most severe and emotional event I have ever experienced\u201d in a plea to the Arizona Superior Court of Maricopa County. (Emilie was granted temporary confidentiality on her declaration and her request for privacy as the court reviewed evidence.)<\/p>\n

In documents obtained by Us Weekly<\/em>, Emilie said she and Brady were \u201cdeeply concerned about the release of specific information and our ability to even start to heal\u201d from the fatal incident<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cI was not home when this happened,\u201d she said. \u201cI will forever second guess that decision, among many others.\u201d<\/p>\n

In search warrant applications obtained by USA Today, Brady told authorities he was home alone watching both 3-year-old son Trigg and 2-month-old son Teddy while Emilie was out with friends. Sources close to the litigation previously shared with Us<\/em> that Emilie was not home at the time of the accident. Brady, meanwhile, was in the house caring for Trigg and newborn son Teddy. While Brady initially said he lost sight of Trigg for 3 to 5 minutes, the Chandler Police Department\u2019s redacted report alleged that the eldest son \u201cwas in the backyard unsupervised for more than 9 minutes, and in the water for about 7 of those minutes.\u201d<\/p>\n

In May, Emilie \u2014 who has amassed more than 4 million TikTok followers \u2014 reflected on her social media following playing a role in the aftermath of Trigg\u2019s death.<\/p>\n

\u201cOur love for our children has been shared and expressed worldwide, given my role as a social media personality with many \u2018followers\u2019 across a number of social media platforms,\u201d Emilie said. \u201cNothing we have shared as part of my profession has depicted or been intended to depict anything but deep and adoring love within our Family. That is how it should stay forever in my mind and the minds of all others.\u201d<\/p>\n

Emilie alleged that releasing details about Trigg\u2019s death could mean that strangers with \u201csick motives\u201d would be able to obtain footage or information pertaining to the incident.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe story of Trigg\u2019s tragic death has been all over the news, social media and online. I am now aware that Trigg\u2019s death was announced on social media less than 2 hours after he passed. In fact, Fox News wrongfully announced that he was dead immediately after the event,\u201d she said, noting that helicopters circled her home and recorded footage.<\/p>\n

She continued, \u201cMedia has come to my front door asking for comment. Unknown people have come to my home and asked to \u2018pray over the house.\u2019 Cars have parked outside of my house and driven back and forth with cameras out their window waiting for \u2018views.\u2019 And random packages are being delivered from people whom I do not know.\u201d<\/p>\n

Emilie claimed that information made public could become \u201cvery difficult\u201d for son Teddy to \u201cprocess\u201d one day.<\/p>\n

\u201cKnowing that intensely devastating personal information like that which various people have sought could be placed on the Internet where it will live forever, haunts me wondering whether Teddy, through his own curiosity or having it thrust upon him by another, could have to live through this horror on his own at some uncertain future date,\u201d Emilie concluded.<\/p>\n
