Beginning on Thursday, Sept. 4, all 10 episodes of the newspaper-set mockumentary will be available to stream on Peacock, the streamer announced on Thursday.<\/p>\n

NBC cited the switch-up to be in response to initial \u201coverwhelmingly positive\u201d reviews of the series, with Peacock and Universal TV executives as well as the show\u2019s producers hoping to \u201callow and encourage audiences to binge the series.\u201d<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n Created by \u201cThe Office\u201d creator Greg Daniels and Michael Koman, \u201cThe Paper\u201d follows the documentary crew that immortalized Dunder Mifflin\u2019s Scranton branch in \u201cThe Office\u201d as they find a new subject when they discover a historic Midwestern newspaper and the publisher trying to revive it, according to the official logline.<\/p>\n \u201cThe Office\u201d fan-favorite Oscar Nu\u00f1ez will reprise his role in \u201cThe Paper,\u201d while Domhnall Gleeson, who plays new editor-in-chief Ned Sampson, Sabrina Impacciatore, Chelsea Frei, Melvin Gregg, Gbemisola Ikumelo, Alex Edelman, Ramona Young and Tim Key join the franchise.<\/p>\n The spinoff series pokes fun at Nu\u00f1ez reprising his character, with Oscar exclaiming in the trailer, \u201cNot again! I\u2019m not approving any of this. I will make this unusable \u2014 f\u2014k! Use that!\u201d<\/p>\n Daniels and Koman serve as co-creators, co-showrunners, writers and executive producers, with Daniels also directing the first episode.
