This show was previously cancelled in 2020 for two years, when it was initially axed by E! and then reinstated in November 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Now, part of NBC Universal\u2019s split into two, E! News will join MSNBC, CNBC, Syfy, Oxygen, USA Network, and Golf Channel, alongside digital businesses\u00a0Rotten Tomatoes,\u00a0Fandango, and Golf Now to be overseen by new company, Versant (previously called SpinCo.).<\/p>\n<p>E! Employees were informed of this decision on Thursday, July 24; some correspondents may be offered new roles to continue with Versant.<\/p>\n<p>Not completely unforeseen, this cancellation follows E! News\u2019 growth on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, as well as YouTube and Snapchat, proving its ability to continue solely as a digital brand. Spread\u00a0across all their social media platforms, E! News\u00a0currently has approximately 87 million followers.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Former E!
