In a new video promoting Season 2 of The Flip Off<\/em> posted on Instagram<\/a>, Christina Haack<\/strong>, and Tarek<\/strong> and Heather El Moussa<\/strong> poke fun at a rumor that just won\u2019t die: Is that really Tarek\u2019s hair?<\/p>\n \u201cThe king is back,\u201d Tarek, 44, crows in the video \u2014 which was posted by HGTV and all three stars\u2019 social media on Thursday, August 21 \u2014 before putting on a crown to indicate his and Heather\u2019s win last year.<\/p>\n When he saunters into the kitchen \u2014 where his current and ex-wives are enjoying a champagne toast to celebrate the home reno competition show\u2019s renewal \u2014 he accidentally puts his arm around Haack, 42.<\/p>\n \u201cEww!\u201d she says, ripping the crown off his head and tossing it on the floor. The next shot shows the crown attached to a toupee, a reference to fans\u2019 ongoing speculation that Tarek\u2019s hair is fake.<\/p>\n Tarek had previously addressed the gossip in April. \u201cHere\u2019s what I did: I got PRP (platelet-rich plasma) injections in my head, which caused my hair to grow in fuller and I grew out my hair,\u201d he told Page Six<\/a><\/em>.<\/p>\n Still, Haack couldn\u2019t help but fuel the rumors on her Instagram Stories. \u201cIs Tarek wearing a toupee?\u201d she asked her followers, along with a behind-the-scenes clip<\/a> of him denying it in December.<\/p>\n In The Flip Off,<\/em> Tarek and Heather, 37, faced off against Haack and her ex, Josh Hall<\/strong>, who left halfway through the season when they split.
