The Tigers enter Friday night with a huge bit of momentum, having just swept the American League West-leading Houston Astros. Detroit outscored the \u2018Stros 18-2 in the process.<\/p>\n
The team\u2019s performance was helpful in the Tigers continuing their winning ways, as they remain one of the top teams in Major League Baseball.
