DDG<\/a> and Halle Bailey<\/a>\u2019s custody battle over their son Halo continues.<\/p>\n According to court documents reviewed by Complex, the former couple and their respective attorneys appeared in Los Angeles Superior Court on Wednesday (August 20) for a hearing in their ongoing custody and domestic violence-related proceedings.<\/p>\n Per the document, the court acknowledged the two cases are related and could be heard simultaneously.<\/p>\n The court issued orders regarding social media, directing both parties \u201crefrain from posting, uploading, or disseminating on the Internet or social media platforms, photographs, images, and\/or information\u201d regarding their one-year-old son. Obsess.<\/a><\/p>\n In addition, a judge modified the temporary restraining order so that DDG (born Darryl Dwayne Granberry, Jr.) is \u201cpermitted to have peaceful contact with Halle Bailey for the purpose of court-ordered visitation.\u201d<\/p>\n The judge ordered that any temporary orders will remain in effect until their next hearing date, which is scheduled for October 15, 2025.<\/p>\n In May, Bailey was granted temporary physical and legal custody<\/a> of Halo after she filed a police report claiming DDG attacked her on multiple occasions.<\/p>\n The following month, a judge denied DDG\u2019s motion<\/a> to stop Bailey from traveling to Italy with Halo. The actress and singer said she was \u201ccontractually obligated\u201d to be in the country to film a movie.<\/p>\n In a filing for sole custody of Halo, DDG included text messages<\/a> from Bailey accusing him of infidelity.
