James Gunn is now the head of the DC universe, and as part of his plan, he\u2019s working on a Supergirl<\/em> movie for release in 2026. That movie was teased at the end of this summer\u2019s Superman, when Milly Alcock appeared in a hungover cameo as the new Kara Zor-El. Now she\u2019s back.<\/p>\n

Supergirl appeared in the season 2 premiere of Peacemaker<\/em><\/a>, a series written and directed by Gunn. She\u2019s in the background of a scene, hovering in the air. Here it is.<\/p>\n

The scene was part of a flashback, detailing the events of last season\u2019s Peacemaker adventures. Except for the last time this particular sequence happened, neither Supergirl<\/a>, Hawkgirl, Guy Gardner, nor Mr. Terrific was in it.<\/p>\n

This scene previously involved a meeting between Peacemaker and the Justice League, comprised of Superman, Wonder Woman, Batman<\/a>, The Flash, and Cyborg. Here\u2019s what the scene used to look like versus what it looks like now.<\/p>\n
