Bristowe, 40, shared advice to her followers who are considering going under the knife for a boob job three months after her enhancement<\/a>. During an Instagram Q&A on Thursday, August 21, the Bachelor alum was asked to provide input from a fan who is preparing for surgery<\/p>\n

\u201cMake sure you trust your Dr and give him a pic to look at while he does them,\u201d Bristowe suggested. She continued with a candid confession, writing, \u201cMake sure someone is taking care of you after. I thought I\u2019d be fine and forgot my whole pill taking schedule and got a little addicted to pain meds. Scary.\u201d<\/p>\n

She also encouraged fans to purchase an \u201cangled pillow on Amazon for sleeping sitting up\u201d during the recovery process. Last but not least, Bristowe told fans to steer clear of social media. \u201cDon\u2019t make decisions or shop,\u201d she wrote. \u201cI couldn\u2019t stop shopping and I barely remember.\u201d<\/p>\n

The reality star shared that she got a breast augmentation in May in a hilarious social media video. At the time, she FaceTimed her friends and family while holding up fake sonogram photos of her \u201cleft breast\u201d and \u201cright breast.\u201d<\/p>\n
