Taste of Country noted<\/b> <\/a>that Brown has at least claimed a commitment to a rigorous regimen in rebuilding his body. That included a 60-hour fast to start things off. The site said Brown claimed to ingest only black coffee and water during that period. <\/p>\n The outlet said Brown also revealed that he eats mostly \u201cmeat and veggies\u201d and that if he eats carbs, he does it \u201cearly in the day so they are gone by the time I go to sleep.
