Sorry, there\u2019s seemingly no pond or an accompanying \u201cRock Lobster\u201d<\/a> on the property.<\/p>\n The aptly-titled, three-bed, two-bath Kate\u2019s Lazy Cabin<\/a> (which the singer co-owns with her wife, visual artist Monica Coleman) is settled on two acres at 40 Mink Hollow Road.
