I don’t eat after 8PM either,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n Kane has even cut out alcohol, saying, “It won’t kill you, but if you work out, alcohol is the worst for muscle recovery. I need my tequila for shows, but I’ve been going dry lately.”<\/p>\n The majority of his fitness journey has been on the road as he just finished The High Road Tour last month.
