Other users insisted Gunn \u201cruined\u201d Corenswet in the fim. \u201cOMG HOW DID GUNN RUIN SOMETHING SO NICE AND WHOLESOME,\u201d a second fan wrote, \u201cAnd the Clark look was far better.\u201d<\/p>\n

At least with the Gunn Clark, you would doubt he\u2019s Superman,\u201d a third chimed in to defend the director.<\/p>\n Gunn revealed earlier this month that he and Corenswet got into a heated argument while filming a crucial scene in the movie. Gunn was pushing for a big, emotional take on a speech delivered by the caped hero, but Corenswet wasn\u2019t quiet sold.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n \u201cI felt like s\u2013t about myself since the recording came out,\u201d Corenswet said in a behind-the-scenes clip shared via X. \u201cIt\u2019s just been like, \u2018I don\u2019t belong, I\u2019m s\u2013t, everything\u2019s a lie, I\u2019m not who I thought I was.\u2019 When is, is this not the moment where I go, \u2018I was wrong to feel that way.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cThat\u2019s exactly where the issue is, right? Because what (Pa Kent) didn\u2019t tell you is it was wrong to feel that way,\u201d Gunn responded. \u201cThere are feelings, and there are thoughts. Your feelings about feeling bad are OK. It\u2019s not wrong for you to feel that way. You should just, it\u2019s not right or wrong anything, none of it is right or wrong. All of it is being vulnerable and being human, being a human being.
