A <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"link \" href=\"https:\/\/www.giantfreakinrobot.com\/ent\/best-battlestar-galactica-episodes.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:Battlestar Galactica;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\">Battlestar Galactica<\/a> reboot was in development hell for years before it was unceremoniously canceled. The <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"link \" href=\"https:\/\/www.giantfreakinrobot.com\/topic\/Quantum-Leap\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:Quantum Leap;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\">Quantum Leap<\/a> reboot took too long to find its audience after a dismal first season, <em>Brave New World<\/em> barely finished its first season, and <em>Resident Alien<\/em> was canceled while at the peak of its popularity.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\"><span>Peacock\u2019s SyFy arm did launch a new space series called\u00a0<em>The Ark<\/em>. They gave it two seasons, no promotion, and then never bothered to let fans know if there\u2019d be a third season or n<\/span>ot. We still don\u2019t know.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Peacock sci-fi shows are cancelled too early, or buried, or trapped in a hell of studio notes.
