Lady Gaga<\/a> recently joined her Little Monsters in the chic virtual world of Roblox\u2019s Dress to Impress<\/em> game, where she apparently teased her upcoming song \u201cDead Dance\u201d while players strutted down the virtual runway wearing some of her most iconic looks.<\/p>\n During a special Mayhem<\/em>-themed \u201cmeet and greet\u201d event on Dress to Impress<\/em> Saturday (Aug. 23), the pop superstar played alongside fans as they put together outfits inspired by pieces in her closet, modeling them on a catwalk and competing for the highest scores. And in case people who ended up in the same \u201cdressing rooms\u201d as Gaga didn\u2019t believe it was actually her behind the controls, the 14-time Grammy winner shared two photos of herself playing the game on her iPad on X.<\/p>\n More from Billboard<\/strong><\/p>\n \u201cIn case you were wondering if it was me #MAYHEMtoImpress #dresstoimpress,\u201d she wrote <\/a>Saturday.<\/p>\n The digital event came ahead of the release of Gaga\u2019s new song \u201cDead Dance,\u201d which the superstar wrote and recorded for the second season of Netflix\u2019s Jenna Ortega-led series Wednesday<\/em>. The final four episodes of the installment \u2014 in which the singer will also make a cameo \u2014 are set to premiere on Sept. 3.<\/p>\n While playing Dress to Impress<\/em>, some players captured screenshots<\/a> of what looked like Gaga\u2019s avatar teasing the new track. \u201cTOTAL MAYHEM in here, who is excited for THE DEAD DANCE,\u201d read one pop-up message.<\/p>\n \u201cDead Dance\u201d will mark Gaga\u2019s first release since her critically acclaimed Mayhem <\/em>album, which dropped in March and debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200<\/a>. She\u2019s currently promoting the LP on her Mayhem Ball tour.<\/p>\n And while her spin on Dress to Impress <\/em>was certainly new territory for Gaga, it\u2019s not the first time she\u2019s promoted her music by partnering with a video game.
