Barbara Eden celebrated her 94th birthday<\/a> over the weekend.<\/p>\n The Hollywood<\/a> star stepped out in Los Angeles<\/a> on Saturday, August 23 as she marked the impressive occasion.<\/p>\n Dawning an age defying display<\/a>, Barbara wore a red long sleeve shirt and a matching floral maxi skirt. She added a pair of white round sunglasses to the look, as well as a pair of nude wedge heels.<\/p>\n On Barbara\u2019s official Instagram account, her special day was marked with a picture of the actress along with a caption that read, \u201cLet’s all take a moment to wish our favorite blonde, entertainment icon and Hollywood legend Barbara Eden a very VERY Happy Birthday today! We invite you to share your birthday wishes for Ms. Eden here as she celebrates her 94th Birthday! -Team Eden.\u201d<\/p>\n Within the clip, the actress was wearing a blue and white patterned shirt as she struck her infamous genie pose from the hit 1965 NBC sitcom I Dream of Jeannie.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n She is best known for her portrayal for leading the series as Jeannie, a 2,000-year-old genie who falls in love with astronaut<\/a> Major Tony Nelson, who was played by Larry Hagman.<\/p>\n Last year, she opened up to Closer<\/a> about her time on the show, specifically the moments she spent with Larry.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019ve never worked with anyone with whom I\u2019ve been so in tune and on the same level, acting-wise,\u201d she admitted. \u201cIt was a joy and a challenge working with him. He was so talented and so very sweet to me.
