Better Lovers<\/a> have announced an Australian tour for January 2026, which will mark their debut run in this guise. The tour is in support of the American post-hardcore supergroup\u2019s debut studio album Highly Irresponsible<\/em>, which was released last year via SharpTone Records. The full list of the band\u2019s upcoming tour dates, as well as pre-sale and ticketing information, can be found below.<\/p>\n The run will see the band joined on all dates by Split Chain and Blind Girls. The former are a UK post-grunge band making their Australian debut, having released their debut album Motionblur<\/em> earlier this year. The latter, meanwhile, are a Gold Coast-based grindcore band. Their second studio album, An Exit Exists<\/em>, was released last year. It was produced by Bugs<\/a> drummer Brock Weston and released via Secret Voice Records \u2013 the independent imprint run by Touche Amore<\/a> frontman Jeremy Bolm.<\/p>\n Better Lovers is composed of three-fifths of Every Time I Die<\/a> \u2013 guitarist Jordan Buckley, bassist Steve Micciche and drummer Clayton Holyoak \u2013 as well as former Dillinger Escape Plan<\/a> frontman Greg Puciato<\/a> and Fit For An Autopsy<\/a> guitarist Will Putney. The group formed in 2023, two years after the abrupt split<\/a> of Every Time I Die, and released their debut EP God Made Me An Animal<\/em> that year. Buckley, Micciche and Holyoak last toured Australia as part of Every Time I Die in 2017<\/a>, co-headlining with letlive<\/a>.
