Peacemaker<\/a><\/strong> fans will want to start bracing themselves for the final three episodes of Season 2.<\/p>\n Peacemaker Season 2 premiered this past week on HBO Max<\/a>. Created by James Gunn<\/a>, the DCU<\/a> series sees John Cena<\/a> reprise his role as Peacemaker, while Danielle Brooks and Steve Agee<\/a> also return as Leota Adebayo and John Economos.<\/p>\n Per The Hollywood Reporter<\/a>, media journalists have only been allowed to watch the first five episodes of Peacemaker Season 2, which has eight episodes in total.<\/p>\n Agee says there\u2019s a very specific reason as to why the final three episodes haven\u2019t been shown to critics or journalists as of yet. He explained, \u201cThe last three episodes are almost like a whole new season. They are absolutely insane.\u201d<\/p>\n Agee also said of his DCU character and Peacemaker Season 2, \u201cThere\u2019s also a part of Economos that [Jennifer Holland] calls \u2018the reluctant hero.\u2019 He doesn\u2019t want to do any acts of heroism, but he always does because these are his friends. And that\u2019s very much me. I\u2019d love to go skydiving, but there\u2019s no way in hell I\u2019m ever going to go skydiving. So as far as acting as John Economos, it\u2019s pretty much autopilot for me. When I get the scripts, I\u2019m like, \u2018Yep, yep. This all checks out. I relate to everything that this dude is saying.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n The cast of Peacemaker\u2019s second season further includes Holland as Emilia Harcourt, Freddie Stroma as Adrian Chase\/Vigilante, Frank Grillo as Rick Flag Sr., Robert Patrick as Auggie Smith\/White Dragon, David Denman as Keith Smith, Sol Rodr\u00edguez as Sasha Bordeaux, Tim Meadows as Langston Fleury, Michael Rooker as Red St. Wild, Sean Gunn as Maxwell Lord, Isabela Merced as Kendra Saunders\/Hawkgirl, and Nathan Fillion as Guy Gardner\/Green Lantern.<\/p>\n New episodes of DC Studios<\/a> and Warner Bros.
