Over the years, Cohen has hosted several &#8220;Vanderpump Rules&#8221; reunions, while also interacting with Madix on episodes of &#8220;Watch What Happens Live.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Although they were familiar with each other in that regard, Madix told <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/people.com\/ariana-madix-what-she-learned-from-andy-cohen-hosting-love-island-reunion-exclusive-11796095\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:PEOPLE;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \">PEOPLE<\/a> that working alongside him on &#8220;Love Island&#8221; as hosts was something entirely different.
