Olivia Jade Giannulli<\/strong><\/a> says she\u2019s navigating \u201cuncomfortable changes\u201d following her split from Jacob Elordi<\/strong><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

The influencer opened up about her feelings in a YouTube video<\/span><\/a> posted on Sunday, August 24.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cI think summer gets painted as this like carefree, perfect, kind of month or two, and I\u2019m here to remind you that it\u2019s totally normal if you\u2019re feeling a little off or a little nervous during big transitions or seasonal transitions or whatever it may be,\u201d Giannulli shared in the clip.<\/span><\/p>\n

She said that she\u2019d spoken with her therapist the day prior, and uses \u201ctherapy to fight a lot of nerves and uncomfortable changes\u201d and \u201cto navigate many situations in life.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Giannulli added, \u201cI feel like my therapist has very much supported me during this season of life and change and I\u2019m very grateful that I have an outlet and somebody to talk to.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

She said that the therapist has helped her \u201csee things in a different light.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Us Weekly<\/i> confirmed earlier this month that Giannulli and Elordi, 28, had broken up<\/span><\/a> after dating on and off for three years.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThings have been rocky between them all summer,\u201d a source exclusively told Us <\/i>on August 8. \u201cOlivia moved to Paris<\/span><\/a> to get away and have a fresh start for a bit. She needed a change of scenery.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

The exes had <\/span>\u201crecently split,\u201d according to the insider, who said that Giannulli was \u201cenjoying being free in the city\u201d while Elordi focused on acting. Ultimately, \u201cthe distance had put a strain on their relationship,\u201d the insider explained.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The Saltburn<\/i> actor was initially linked to Giannulli in December 2021<\/span><\/a> when they were spotted in Los Angeles one month after Us<\/i> confirmed Elordi\u2019s breakup with Kaia Gerber<\/b><\/span>. (Elordi and Gerber, 23, had dated for more than a year before parting ways in November 2021<\/span><\/a>.)<\/span><\/p>\n

Elordi and Giannulli called it quits in August 2022 and then reunited in May 2023, wanting \u201cto see if their connection was still there,\u201d a source exclusively shared with Us <\/i>at the time.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In January 2024, Us<\/i> confirmed that the pair had again gone their separate ways<\/span><\/a>. But days after the news broke, they were back together and hoping to keep their relationship \u201cprivate.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
