On Monday, Aug. 25, Billy Ray Cyrus<\/strong> celebrated his 64th birthday.<\/p>\n On Instagram, he shared a video<\/a> of himself enjoying the birthday present his daughter, Miley Ray Cyrus<\/strong>, created for him.<\/p>\n The video reveals Billy Ray walking along a grassy field as he holds his phone in his hand with a big smile on his face. Billy Ray\u2019s girlfriend, actress Elizabeth Hurley<\/strong> also commented on the video, wishing him a Happy Birthday.<\/p>\n \u201cHappy Birthday and what a beautiful video to a beautiful song by your beautiful daughter,\u201d Hurley wrote.<\/p>\n Actor Dennis Quaid<\/strong> also shared a message with the \u201cAchy Breaky Heart\u201d singer, writing, \u201cHappy birthday Billy Ray.\u201d<\/p>\n The special birthday present from Miley comes after months of speculation of a feud within the famous Cyrus family, which Miley addressed in June as a guest on The New York Times\u2019 \u201cThe Interview\u201d podcast.<\/a><\/p>\n \u201cTiming is everything, you know.
