The third and final season of the Prime Video series shrunk into one 90-minute episode after <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/nerdist.com\/article\/good-omens-season-3-paused-amid-neil-gaiman-assault-allegations\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:allegations of sexual abuse were brought against Neil Gaiman;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \">allegations of sexual abuse were brought against Neil Gaiman<\/a>. Gaiman has since stepped away from the production. However, the tone and feeling around the show has obviously shifted as a result. Although Prime Video did not cancel the show outright, we haven\u2019t heard anything about it since the annoucement that <em>Good Omens<\/em> season three would be one concluding episode. But speaking to <em>Deadline<\/em>, star Michael Sheen gave us our first update in months about the series. He noted \u201cit\u2019s not up to me,\u201d when asked if <em>Good Omens<\/em>\u2018 final episode would air. \u201cI\u2019m not in control but the episode is made and hopefully the people will enjoy it as and when.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Although we have seen companies cancel complete shows and movies before, it feels unlikely that Prime Video went through all the trouble to film one more episode of <em>Good Omens<\/em> only to bury it. Sheen says, \u201cWhen people talk about having chemistry, you just feel very lucky. We [Sheen and Tennant] both feel the same way about making a scene work as well as possible. And to see what\u00a0<em>Good Omens\u00a0<\/em>means to the fandom, well I still get very moved.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\"><em>Good Omens<\/em> seasons one and two are currently streaming on Prime Video.
