In the September cover story for Vogue Arabia<\/a><\/em> published Tuesday, August 26, the 69-year-old Kardashian family matriarch revealed she \u201chad a facelift about 15 years ago\u201d and felt \u201cit was time for a refresh.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI decided to do this facelift because I want to be the best version of myself, and that makes me happy,\u201d she told the outlet. \u201cJust because you get older, it doesn\u2019t mean you should give up on yourself.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kris said her youngest daughter, Kylie Jenner<\/strong>, was by her side for the surgery \u2014 performed by New York City plastic surgeon Dr Steven Levine<\/strong> \u2014 and her other daughter Kim Kardashian<\/strong> \u201cwas present at all times on FaceTime.\u201d<\/p>\n
