Denise Richards<\/strong><\/a> submitted a series of photos into evidence as part of her bitter divorce from estranged husband Aaron Phypers<\/strong><\/a> to accuse him of trashing the million-dollar mansion they once shared, Us Weekly<\/em> can exclusively report. A source close to Phypers adamantly denied the claims.<\/p>\n

The Wild Things<\/em> star, 54, showed the court photos of the six-bedroom, five-bathroom, 6,985 square-foot mansion in \u201cdisarray.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cAaron and his parents and brother have severely damaged the [home] and left the house in a state of disarray,\u201d Richards said.<\/p>\n

A source close to Phypers disputed the claim that he or his family damaged the home or that they caused it to be in a state of \u201cdisarray.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tDenise Richards filed an emotional declaration as part of her plea for a restraining order, where she detailed the days leading up to her estranged husband, Aaron Phypers, filing for divorce, Us Weekly can report. In her filing, Richards, 54, said she moved out of their marital home in late 2023 and into her own [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The insider claimed Phypers and his family had cleared up the home \u201ca ton\u201d since Richards moved out of the home in 2023.<\/p>\n

Richards\u2019 alleged photos of the home show various rooms unorganized with items all over the floor. Other photos revealed the property\u2019s floors had been torn up and covered in clutter throughout.<\/p>\n

In regard to the floors being torn up, the source close to Phypers claimed his family was in the process of replacing them.<\/p>\n

As Us<\/em> previously reported, on August 20, Richards filed docs demanding Phypers, 52, and his family vacate the Calabasas home they once shared.<\/p>\n

Richards rented a townhome, which is several miles away in 2023. Phypers, his parents and his brother remained living in the home.<\/p>\n

In her motion, Richards asked that Phypers and his relatives leave the home for eight hours to allow her to retrieve her dogs, clothing and her late mother\u2019s items.<\/p>\n

She asked that Phypers ensure that there are no recording or listening devices in the home. The former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills<\/em><\/a> star explained she had a temporary restraining order in place against Phypers that required him to be 100 yards away from her.<\/p>\n

Richards explained, \u201cAaron and I are still on the lease for the [home]. When I moved out of the [home] over two years, I left many of my personal items and my late mother\u2019s items at the house based on Aaron telling me that his family would be moving back to Canada and we would be moving back into the [home].\u201d<\/p>\n

In addition, the actress said she learned on July 24 via an email from the landlord. She said the landlord said he will be starting the eviction process and demanded they vacate the home.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe landlord has made it clear that Aaron has not been responding to his numerous calls and text messages,\u201d Richards said. \u201cIf I am not able to retrieve my dogs and belongings, I believe \u2026 my property [will be] destroyed or discarded during the eviction process.\u201d<\/p>\n

Richards said she told Phypers he would be responsible for rent in January \u201csince his family was refusing to vacate the property.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI recently learned from the landlord \u2026 that in addition to Aaron and his parents not vacating the [home], Aaron has apparently not paid the rent on the [home] and left the house in a state of disarray.\u201d<\/p>\n

Richards said she agreed to have the dogs stay at the [home] in May due to her having two surgeries. \u201cDespite several requests, since that time Aaron has refused to allow me to retrieve my dogs and other personal items from the [home].\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tDenise Richards is leveling new allegations against her estranged husband, Aaron Phypers, amid their contentious divorce. \u201cIn addition to the repeated abuse perpetrated by Mr. Phypers against Ms. Richards throughout the parties\u2019 marriage, Mr. Phypers has continued to harass Ms. Richards since being served with the Temporary Restraining Order by, among other things, disseminating private [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The actress said she entered the home on August 3, the same day Phypers called the police<\/a> on his ex after she arrived at the home.<\/p>\n

Richards said when she was inside the home she was \u201cshocked\u201d to discover the \u201ccondition of the home\u201d since she had not lived there in two years.<\/p>\n

As Us<\/em> previously reported, the judge ruled that Richards could return to the home to retrieve personal items with the police.<\/p>\n
