She left Aaron Kaplan\u2019s company last December. <\/p>\n\n\tIn the new role, she reports to A+E Studios\u2019 Co-Head and Executive Vice President, Creative Affairs Tana Jamieson.<\/p>\n
\n\tIn addition to The Lincoln Lawyer,<\/em> A+E Studios, was behind AMC\u2019s Parish<\/em> and Netflix\u2019s You<\/em>, which began at Lifetime. The company was also developing multi-camera comedy Sisters-in-Law<\/em> with former\u00a0The<\/em> New Adventures of Old Christine<\/em>\u00a0executive producers Sherry Bilsing Graham and Ellen Kreamer at ABC, and a series adaptation of Emma Rosenblum\u2019s book Bad Summer People<\/em>, with Sarah Michelle Gellar attached to star.<\/p>\n\n\tAbbott spent nearly a decade at Kapital, after starting her career as an assistant in the Television Literary department at The Gersh. She joined A+E Studios last month.<\/p>\n
