The annual Cumberland County Fair returns to Fayetteville this week for 10 days of rides, food, art, agricultural exhibits and fun.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n

Events including livestock shows, games and live music are scheduled for Aug. 29 through Sept. 7 at the Crown Complex, 1960 Coliseum Drive.<\/p>\n

The food lineup will include fair favorites like funnel cakes and other deep-fried food, plus vendors like Abby\u2019s Empanadas<\/a>.<\/p>\n

There will be about 26 rides this year, according to the fair website.<\/a><\/p>\n

Standard admission is $11, but see the schedule for specials, including military and student discounts. Tickets can be purchased online at ticketmaster.com<\/a> or at the ticket booth. Unlimited ride wristbands are $32 on the midway.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n

Friday, Aug. 29<\/h3>\n

Saturday, Aug. 30<\/h3>\n

Hours:<\/strong> Gates open at 1 p.m.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Admission:<\/strong> $11 for ages 3 and older\u00a0<\/p>\n
