Us confirmed on Tuesday that Scott gained \u201ctemporary sole physical custody\u201d<\/a> of their three children.Court documents stated that Scott and Kelley will \u201cshare legal custody\u201d that follows a parenting plan filed by the actor. Scott will have \u201ctemporary final decision-making authority\u201d over the kids if there is a dispute between him and Kelley.<\/p>\nShe will get \u201cthree supervised call\/video calls per week\u201d with the kids, as part of the \u201cliberal supervised parent time\u201d granted by the judge. If the children initiate contact with Kelley, she is \u201cpermitted to engage and communicate with them.\u201d<\/p>\n
