Princess Beatrice<\/a> has gone into business with a senior figure at the World Economic Forum (WEF), it has been announced. The royal, who recently celebrated her 37th birthday<\/a>, has been named as a director and 45 percent shareholder of Purpose Economy Intelligence Ltd<\/a>.<\/p>\n The company is anewly established company listed at Companies House, with their purpose spanning “business and domestic software development”, other information technology service activities”, and “management consultancy activities”.<\/p>\n Luis Alvarado Martinez, a Spanish-born executive who has worked at the WEF since 2021, has also been named as a 45 percent shareholder at the company.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n The third shareholder named is Olivia Horsley, who is Beatrice\u2019s long-serving private secretary. Olivia, known as Libby, has not been listed as a director.<\/p>\n The news comes as the mum-of-two, who is one of King Charles’ nieces, is reportedly trying to balance her commercial work with new patronages.<\/p>\n Earlier this year, following the birth of her second daughter, Beatrice became patron of Borne – which is a charity focused on tackling the causes of premature birth.<\/p>\n Baby Athena arrived prematurely back in January, with the young royal a little sister to Beatrice and Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi’s oldest daughter, three-year-old Sienna. As well as being a mum to two daughters, Beatrice is also a proud stepmum to Edoardo’s nine-year-old son Wolfie.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
