Though rare, prosecutions do happen. In 2023, a passenger was fined over \u00a3300 for playing loud music on the Jubilee line.<\/p>\n<p>In February 2025, a French man was <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/traveltomorrow.com\/man-fined-e200-for-loudspeaker-call-at-french-railway-station\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">fined \u20ac200<\/a> for making a phone call on speakerphone on the platform at Nantes station in the north of the country.
