Natasha Allen, a popular TikTok creator who shared her life with followers while battling a rare form of cancer, has died at 28. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Allen was first diagnosed with Stage 3 <\/span>synovial cancer<\/span> in July 2020. She later developed Stage 4 complications, which ultimately claimed her life. <\/span>Synovial cancer<\/span> \u201c<\/span>is a rare type of cancer that tends to occur near large joints, mainly the knees,\u201d according to the Mayo Clinic.<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

The Stay Beautiful Foundation \u2014 a nonprofit organization that supports women with cancer \u2014 paid tribute to Allen in a heartfelt Instagram<\/a> post on Saturday. The tribute also tagged her mother, Sabina. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

\u201cNatasha was not only a Stay Beautiful member, but the very heart of the Stay Beautiful community,\u201d the group wrote. \u201cThrough her strength, her smile, and her videos, she touched countless lives, spreading hope, laughter, and love across the cancer community and beyond.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The foundation added: \u201cHer memory will live on through the moments we shared, the beauty she radiated, and the inspiration she gave to so many women walking this journey.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Allen often spoke candidly about her diagnosis, including in a 2024 interview<\/a> with ABC News.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cJust because you have cancer doesn\u2019t mean you stop living,\u201d she said. \u201cYou actually continue living. And you\u2019ll get a perspective on life that you didn\u2019t have before.\u201d <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

She also shared updates with her TikTok followers, explaining in an Aug. 8 video<\/a> that her journey began in November 2019 when she first noticed \u201cknee troubles.\u201d After months of uncertainty, she was finally diagnosed the following summer, in July 2020. During this time she confesses to \u201cnot [having] any answers.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Despite grueling treatments, Allen remained defiant. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cOfficially, I have a 15% chance of being alive for five years after being diagnosed with Stage 4. Me, however, I\u2019m gonna be different. I\u2019m putting that out in the universe,\u201d she said at the time. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
