After several Spider-Man movies were removed from Netflix<\/span> earlier this year, the streamer is bringing two features back to its catalog: Andrew Garfield\u2019s The Amazing Spider-Man<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n Netflix has recently unveiled its streaming roster for next month, featuring a slew of titles joining its extensive catalog. Among them are The Amazing Spider-Man and The Amazing Spider-Man 2<\/a>, which are set to swing onto the platform on Monday, September 1. Unfortunately, other Spider-Man titles (including Sam Raimi\u2019s trilogy and Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse) are not included in the roster.<\/p>\n The only Marvel features available on Netflix as of this writing are Venom: The Last Dance, Madame Web, and Kraven the Hunter. Other titles streaming on Netflix starting this September include Bridesmaids, E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial, Orphan Black Seasons 1\u20135, Paddington, Billy Madison, Shrek 1\u20134, Sweet Home Alabama, Inglorious Basterds, Pok\u00e9mon Concierge Season 1 \u2013 Part 2, Alice in Borderland Season 3, and more.<\/p>\n Check out the full list below:<\/p>\n Both The Amazing Spider-Man films were directed by Marc Webb<\/span>. In addition to Garfield<\/span> as the titular web-slinger, the franchise \u2014 across its two movies \u2014 also starred Emma Stone as Gwen Stacy, Rhys Ifans as Lizard, Jamie Foxx as Electro, Dane DeHaan as Harry Osborn, and Paul Giamatti as The Rhino, among others.<\/p>\n The first film performed well both at the box office and with critics, but the second failed to live up to its predecessor\u2019s success, ultimately leading to the cancellation of The Amazing Spider-Man 3.
