When Cate Blanchett<\/a> touched down on the red carpet Wednesday night at the Venice Film Festival, the Oscar winner blew a kiss to the crush of photographers and all the adoring fans lining the barricade. She might as well have blown one to her own closet.<\/p>\n Blanchett turned up for the opening night ceremony and world premiere of Paolo Sorrentino\u2019s La Grazia in a custom look by Armani Priv\u00e9. The fitted black gown features oversized gemstones and a plunging neckline, pockets and just enough of a train to add a little drama to an already daring ensemble. Her showing on Wednesday night added another chic chapter in that tradition as she previously wore the Armani Priv\u00e9 look at the SAG Awards in 2022. She stars alongside Tom Waits, Adam Driver, Mayim Bialik, Charlotte Rampling, Vicky Krieps, Sarah Greene, Indya Moore, Luka Sabbat and Fran\u00e7oise Lebrun. It\u2019s described as a triptych with three stories focused on the relationships between adult children, their somewhat distant parent (or parents) and each other. Each of the three chapters takes place in the present, and each in a different country.
