\n\tUniversal Music<\/a> India<\/strong> has inked a strategic partnership with prolific Bollywood film production studio Maddock Films<\/a><\/strong> and its newly formed music label Mad For Mussic<\/strong>, led by founder Dinesh Vijan<\/strong>. The deal positions UMI as the global strategic partner for future film soundtracks from the horror-comedy specialist behind hits including \u201cStree,\u201d \u201cBhediya,\u201d and \u201cMunjya.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tThe partnership deepens UMI\u2019s presence in local film music \u2013 India\u2019s largest music category \u2013 while leveraging UMG\u2019s global network for international opportunities. Maddock\u2019s recent successes include hit single \u201cPardesiya\u201d from \u201cParam Sundari\u201d and \u201cStree 2\u201d and \u201cChhaava,\u201d which are among the highest-grossing Hindi-language films of all time. <\/p>\n
