Taylor Swift<\/strong><\/a> and Travis Kelce<\/strong><\/a>\u2019s engagement may seem like a fairy tale, but according to one expert, their magnetic connection has more to do with personal energy than fate.<\/p>\n With similar buzz surrounding the rumored romance between Pamela Anderson<\/strong> and Liam Neeson<\/strong>, fans are turning to a new question: What makes these unlikely love stories possible \u2014 and can the same principles work for anyone?<\/p>\n Celebrity transformational leader, energy healer, and Law of Attraction expert Christy Whitman<\/strong> says yes \u2014 and it all comes down to energetic alignment.<\/p>\n \u201cWhen you do the inner work to truly embrace who you are, you unlock the highest form of self-love \u2014 and through that love, your energy shifts,\u201d says Whitman, bestselling author of \u201cThe Art of Having It All,\u201d and her upcoming book, \u201cThe Flow Factor.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cThat shift naturally draws in something new, something better, than what you\u2019ve experienced before,\u201d she says.<\/p>\n Whitman has spent 25 years helping people attract the right relationships \u2014 including celebrities like actress Elisabeth R\u00f6hm \u2014 and she believes the stories of Taylor Swift and Pamela Anderson offer powerful examples of what happens when people align with their true selves. She says anyone can attract the right kind of partner by intentionally shifting their mindset and becoming more aware of what they\u2019re really looking for in a relationship.<\/p>\n Her first tip is to begin with contrast. \u201cThink about all the bad dates, and all of the qualities that you didn\u2019t appreciate or like about them. Then ask yourself what\u2019s the opposite?\u201d Whitman says. \u201cContrast is a great start to manifesting what you want by knowing what you don\u2019t want. It gives you clarity on what you do want.\u201d<\/p>\n Next, she recommends writing out a list of the qualities you do want in a partner and going deeper by asking yourself why you want those qualities in your life. \u201cWhat essence or feelings will you have when they are in your life \u2014 for example, connection, love, fun?\u201d she says.<\/p>\n The key, she says, is to shift from longing to presence.<\/p>\n \u201cImagine that you already have those qualities,\u201d she says. \u201cFeel as if that person and their soul is already in your life. What would you do with them? What activities?
