In two recent posts on social media, insiders Daniel Richtman and My Time to Shine both seemed to hint that Colter was all but confirmed to be returning to the MCU as Cage. Both insiders shared a post celebrating Colter\u2019s 49th birthday, with Richtman referring to him as \u201cthe MCU\u2019s Luke Cage,\u201d while My Time to Shine hinted that no recasting for the character had been done.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s unclear exactly what Colter will be doing in the MCU, but all signs point to a Defenders reunion in the second season of Daredevil: Born Again.
