Anne Hathaway took a tumble while filming \u201cThe Devil Wears Prada 2\u201d in New York City on Wednesday.<\/p>\n
The actress, 42, was wearing a beige patterned blouse, a black skirt, sunglasses and black strappy heels and had a black purse wrapped around her shoulder when the incident occurred.<\/p>\n

In the on-set photos, Hathaway, 42, fell down a pink stoop after the heel of her right toe snapped off, causing her to lose her balance.<\/p>\n
The Oscar winner landed on her butt as one of her legs awkwardly tucked under her body. Her wavy brunette hair also slapped her face.<\/p>\n

However, Hathaway laughed off the brutal fall, yelling \u201cI\u2019m fine\u201d as she picked herself up from the ground.<\/p>\n
Hathaway then raised her hands in the air as if she were a gymnast who just completed a routine.<\/p>\n

The Hollywood star was later seen laughing and hugging a crew member near the scene of the fall.<\/p>\n
It\u2019s unclear if Hathaway\u2019s tumble was part of a scene for the film.<\/p>\n

Hathaway joked about the incident on Instagram<\/a> Thursday, sharing a fan-made video with clips of her falling on the bleachers in \u201cThe Princess Diaries\u201d <\/a>and down the stairs shooting \u201cThe Devil Wears Prada 2.\u201d Her fall in \u201cThe Princess Diaries\u201d was a very real accident, but was kept in for the movie\u2019s final cut.<\/p>\n \u201cHow it started\u2026 how it\u2019s going,\u201d the text on the video read.<\/p>\n Hathaway captioned her post, \u201cTwenty years later, still falling for you\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n The sequel to the 2006 fashion dramedy began shooting <\/a>in NYC last month.<\/p>\n Hathaway is back as Runway magazine assistant\u00a0Andy Sachs, alongside Meryl Streep as editor-in-chief\u00a0Miranda Priestley, Emily Blunt as Miranda\u2019s veteran assistant, Emily Charlton, and Stanley Tucci as art director Nigel Kipling.<\/p>\n New cast members included Lucy Liu, Justin Theroux, B.J.
