The nine-track LP, via K Music, opens with the reggaet\u00f3n banger \u201cChula Venta,\u201d featuring fellow m\u00fasica mexicana stars Fuerza Regida and Net\u00f3n Vega. The song immediately sets that party tone that will further be fueled by dembow (\u201cMeneo\u201d), hip-hop (\u201cMexicano Soy\u201d) and trap (\u201cRelojito Cartier\u201d).<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tWith <em>Meneo<\/em>, the 29-year-old exemplifies and celebrates that duality that identifies the new generation of regional Mexican hitmakers who grew up amid the reggaet\u00f3n explosion, and smartly adapted that swagger to propel their own Mexican movement. The powerful \u201cY por ah\u00ed me dicen y que\u201d follows, where the artist reflects on his humble origins and expresses gratitude for living what was once just a dream. Each one maintains their style, making this a heartbreak song solely for its lyrics, because the joy and rhythm that it conveys make the breakup painless and even forgettable. This isn\u2019t the first time Banda El Recodo has collaborated outside of the regional Mexican genre, but alongside two icons of\u00a0<em>rock en espa\u00f1ol<\/em>, \u201cMi Vida Sin Tu Vida\u201d has a special flavor. The video couldn\u2019t be more fun, showing Mazatl\u00e1n, Mexico, on one side and a parody of an Argentine TV show on the other. Frontman Mario Quintero Lara swaps verses with a digitally reincarnated Chalino, proving that not even death nor\u00a0<a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/lists\/narcocorridos-bans-mexico-timeline\/\">bans in 10 Mexican states<\/a>\u00a0can silence the corrido spirit. The music video is a surreal AI marvel \u2014 reminiscent of a Quentin Tarantino fever dream \u2014 blurring the lines between the past and future while showcasing the swagger of narco-cinema. As governments crack down on narcocorridos, this collaboration serves as a defiant song for the genre, holding up a mirror to the chaos it both glorifies and critiques. Like earlier single \u201cClickbait,\u201d \u201cV\u00e1monos de Aqu\u00ed\u201d is a stylistic departure from Albor\u00e1n\u2019s more traditionally romantic fare, but it\u2019s more immediately catchy from the very first rock guitar strum. It then goes into a decidedly country beat, complete with line dance choreography in the music video, and a delicious guitar solo. Albor\u00e1n is experimenting for his new album, and we like this particular new test. <em>\u2014 LEILA COBO<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\t<strong>Silvana Estrada, \u201cNo Te Vayas Sin Saber\u201d (Glassnote Music)<\/strong><\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube\"\/>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tAs the fourth single from her upcoming album\u00a0<em>Vendr\u00e1n Suaves Lluvias<\/em>, Silvana Estrada offers \u201cNo Te Vayas Sin Saber,\u201d a farewell track filled with poetry, luminosity and exquisite beauty. The song, which begins with the soft sound of an acoustic guitar, transforms into an orchestral accompaniment with string arrangements by Roberto Ver\u00e1stegui.
