The Real Housewives of Orange County<\/em><\/a> alum Noella Bergener<\/strong><\/a> secretly got married and now wants out of her marriage after six months, Us Weekly<\/em> can exclusively report.<\/p>\n

On July 28, Bergener filed for divorce from a man named Robert \u2018Bobby\u2019 Schubenski<\/strong>. The former Bravo star listed the date of marriage as December 30, 2024, and the date of separation as June 1, 2025.<\/p>\n

Bergner, 40, said they did not share any children. She cited \u201cirreconcilable differences\u201d as the reason for the split. She did not indicate whether she wants spousal support in the paperwork.<\/p>\n

She said she will update her request in regard to separate and community property as \u201cthe information becomes available.\u201d<\/p>\n

Back in October 2023, Bergener announced her engagement to her boyfriend Bobby Schubenski. She announced the news on her Instagram writing, \u201cMy heart is full and my hand is heavy.\u201d<\/p>\n

Bergener first revealed she was in a new romance<\/a> to Us<\/em> in January 2022. She said, \u201cThere\u2019s somebody that I have known for years. He knew me married and knew my [ex] husband. That\u2019s not weird at all, but we just have a lot of love and respect for each other. He was one of those that just constantly checked in on me.\u201d<\/p>\n

At the season 16 reunion, Bergener revealed her new man\u2019s name was Bobby. She told Andy Cohen<\/strong> that he \u201cbought me an adult toy marketplace company.\u201d<\/p>\n

As Us<\/em> first reported in July, Bergener filed new documents in a court case with her ex-husband, James Bergener<\/strong>, that revealed her finances.<\/p>\n

The former reality star said she was a \u201cmother\u201d who had no income three years after leaving RHOC<\/em>. Noella and James share a son named James Jr<\/strong>. Noella has an older daughter, Coco, from a previous relationship.<\/p>\n

In her filing, Noella claimed James earned around $660,500 per month in income. James is a personal injury lawyer who is well-known due to his catchy advertisements. She said she believed James\u2019 income had increased since the initial order.<\/p>\n

Noella said her monthly expenses total $33,259. She was awarded $25,000 per month in child support from James for James Jr. and another $7,400 per month in support for her daughter.<\/p>\n

The filing alleged James Jr. spent the majority of his time with Noella due to James living in Puerto Rico.<\/p>\n

She listed her monthly bills: $16,000 on rent, $1,509 on health care costs, $800 on eating out, $2,000 on utilities, $800 on laundry, $600 on clothes, $5,000 on entertainment and various other bills.<\/p>\n

Noella and James started dating in 2015 and split in 2021. He filed a divorce petition in Puerto Rico, where they applied for residency during the marriage, while Noella filed her own case in California<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Per court documents, the two agreed to settle the divorce in Puerto Rico but would have a California court rule on all matters related to their child.<\/p>\n
