Kelly Stafford<\/strong><\/a> is showing fans a difficult side of parenting \u2014 and all the emotions that come with it.<\/p>\n

Kelly, 36, broke down in tears during the Thursday, August 28, episode of her and Hank Winchester<\/strong>\u2019s \u201cThe Morning After<\/a>\u201d podcast as she discussed one of her daughters<\/a>\u2019 recent behavioral issues. (Kelly shares twins Sawyer and Chandler, 8, Hunter, 7, and Tyler, 5, with Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford<\/strong>.)<\/p>\n

\u201cOne of my daughters I have been very, very much struggling with. Matthew as well. She has become a little girl that I don\u2019t recognize. Right now, I\u2019m trying to be mild with it,\u201d Kelly explained, adding that her behavioral issues have extended beyond their home and \u201ctrickled into\u201d her daughters\u2019 sports, as she\u2019s been \u201cdisrespecting coaches and not listening, giving attitude, walking away while they\u2019re talking to her.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kelly told her cohost that the family had recently been invited to a cookout, but she told her daughter that she would not be allowed to go if she continued to misbehave. On the morning of the event, she heard a troubling conversation between two of her daughters.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tKelly Stafford put on a happy face while celebrating her and Matthew Stafford\u2019s twin daughters\u2019 birthdays with a Paris-themed party \u2014 despite wanting to cancel it days prior. \u201cWe have eight-year-olds \u2764\ufe0f,\u201d Kelly, 35, wrote via Instagram on Monday, March 31, toasting daughters Sawyer and Chandler\u2019s special day. \u201cLove watching each of them grow individually [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cTyler looks at her and said, \u2018Wow, you look really pretty in that outfit.\u2019 So sweet. \u201cAnd [my other daughter] turned to her, and she looked her up and down, I watched her, and she goes, \u2018You look gross,\u2019\u201d Kelly said.<\/p>\n

Kelly sent her daughter to her room and allowed the rest of her family to attend the cookout. After they left, she and her daughter went for a walk to and from the school, which was 30 minutes both ways. On the way back, Kelly had a serious talk with her daughter about her behavior, and things got emotional.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m like, \u2018I have tried everything. I have tried sitting near your room. I\u2019ve tried taking things away. I have tried just talking to you like a young woman that you are. Nothing is working. I\u2019m exhausted.\u2019 And I told her, \u2018It\u2019s not fair to your sisters that all of my energy right now is going to you every day because you are acting up,\u2019\u201d she continued. \u201c\u2018You are causing issues. I don\u2019t know if it\u2019s for attention. Tell me, do you need more from me?\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

Kelly revealed that her daughter began to cry and said, \u201cI don\u2019t know why I\u2019m so bad.\u201d<\/p>\n

After they got home, Kelly told her daughter that if she acted up again, she would be walking to and from school to reflect on her actions. Unfortunately, another incident happened a few days later, and Kelly kept her word \u2014 but it broke her heart to do so.<\/p>\n
