Online<\/a><\/p>\n Jennifer Lopez<\/a><\/strong> is keeping it real when it comes to her kids\u2019 emotional milestones.<\/p>\n The \u201cWaiting for Tonight\u201d singer marked her and Marc Anthony<\/a><\/strong>\u2019s 17-year-old son Max<\/strong>\u2019s first day of his senior year of high school by showing off his musical talent.<\/p>\n In a Aug. 28 Instagram<\/span> video, Jennifer walks into her son\u2019s room as he belts out Lucus Graham<\/strong>\u2019s \u201c7 Years\u201d while sitting in his bed. In honor of the throwback video, dedicated to her teen she wrote, \u201cHow does 10 years go by so fast? So proud of you Maxi. 1st day of senior year. I love you beyond forever.\u201d<\/p>\n Jennifer\u2014who shares Max and his twin Emme<\/strong> with ex-husband Marc\u2014has celebrated their milestones all week. In a since-expired Aug. 25 Instagram Story, Jlo, 56, gave Emme <\/a>an<\/a> equally emotional send off<\/a> to senior year.<\/p>\n \u201cI just dropped this little coconut to their first day of senior year,\u201d the \u201cOn the Floor\u201d singer wrote alongside a throwback of Emme sleeping in her arms. \u201cLooking back at this photo from a few years ago, it just reminds me that they\u2019ll always be my beautiful baby.\u201d<\/p>\n More from E! Online<\/strong><\/p>\n Prior to the twins\u2019 return to school, Max and Emme soaked up the sun with their mom during beach getaway in the Hamptons<\/a>. In a clip shared on Instagram, Emme proved to be Jennifer\u2019s mini-me as the duo\u2019s hair blew in the wind while being driven around by a friend.<\/p>\n And according to Jennifer, Max and Emme aren\u2019t fooled or fazed by the rocks that she got.<\/p>\n Jennifer Lopez\/Instagram<\/p>\n \u201cI’m so just mom to them that they don\u2019t really get involved with my work too much,\u201d she told E!
