Naarm\/Melbourne post-punk spell-casters The Maggie Pills<\/a> have just shared their freshly minted sophomore album Hearts Enduring Lingering Loss<\/em> \u2013 and they\u2019re celebrating with a pair of hometown shows in Melbourne.<\/p>\n Led by Argentinian frontwoman Delfi Sorondo and Venezuelan drummer Mario Perez, The Maggie Pills formed back in 2019 after both members made the move to Australia.<\/p>\n Produced by Perez alongside Brad Jackson, the new record is all grit, intensity, and haunting liberation, blending fuzz-soaked riffs with raw vulnerability.<\/p>\n At its heart sits the focus track \u2018Swords and Knives\u2019 \u2013 a stormy meditation on the messy, unplanned nature of love. \u201cLove comes in fast.
